Yes. We run a documented police verification, two reference checks, and an ID/address proof scan before anyone is deployed. Verification is refreshed annually.
Our standard visit is 90 minutes for a 2BHK and 2 hours for a 3BHK. Larger homes or extra rooms can be quoted on a free site assessment.
Yes — language preference is one of the inputs we use during matching. Most of our team speaks Tulu, Kannada and basic Hindi/English.
We send a trained backup the same day, briefed on your home by your supervisor. There is no extra charge for cover during planned leave.
For monthly plans, we recommend keeping your preferred brand at home and we use it. For one-off cleans, we can bring our eco-friendly kit at a small material fee.
Monthly retainer, billed in advance via UPI or bank transfer. A formal invoice with GST is issued for every cycle. No long lock-in.
Yes — every retainer includes third-party liability cover up to ₹50,000 per incident, with our internal reconciliation for anything above that.
