We accept children from 6 months to 12 years. Infants, toddlers, pre-schoolers and school-going children are grouped separately to ensure age-appropriate care and activities throughout the day.
Our facility is open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Saturday. Extended hours and Sunday slots are available on request for working parents with irregular schedules.
Yes. Breakfast, a hot lunch and an evening snack are prepared fresh in our in-house kitchen every day. Menus are nutritionist-guided and rotated weekly. Special dietary requirements, allergies and religious restrictions are fully accommodated — just let us know when you enrol.
Parents receive photo and video updates via WhatsApp throughout the day. At pickup, caregivers provide a verbal daily summary. A written daily activity report is also sent at the end of each session for enrolled children.
We maintain a 1:3 ratio for infants and a 1:5 ratio for toddlers and older children. This ensures every child receives personal attention without exception.
All caregivers are trained in paediatric first aid. We have a partnered clinic within 500 metres and parents are notified within minutes of any health concern. An emergency action plan is documented for every enrolled child.
Yes. We offer morning-only (7 am–1 pm), afternoon/after-school, and short-term holiday slots in addition to full-day enrolment. Part-time rates are prorated accordingly.
Yes. All activity areas, nap rooms and entrances are covered by CCTV 24/7. Footage is stored securely and accessible to management for review.
